- After completing your purchase, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer services by emailing: support@ateeqjo.com, only if the status of your order is as follows; “verification pending” or “preparing”.
- We cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
Refund:
Due to the nature of our product as an embroidered pieces with fine threads and some handmade accessories, it is sensitive and subject to damage or misusage, we DO NOT accept returns nor refund.
